Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified in case of significant delays.

We ship both within Australia and internationally using a variety of shipping carriers, depending on the origin of the product and the destination.

Shipping Within Australia

We partner with trusted carriers for local deliveries, including:

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days. However, for some products sourced from our international suppliers, shipping may take up to 21 business days.

International Shipping

We ship globally via:

  • Yanwen Express
  • 4PX Express
  • USPS
  • DHL, FedEx, and ePacket (where applicable)

Delivery time varies by location but generally takes 10 to 21 business days. Some delays may occur due to customs clearance in the destination country.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary based on product weight, destination, and shipping method. Some products qualify for free shipping, while others may have a shipping fee. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated minimum shipping rates:

  • Australia-wide standard shipping: from $8
  • Australia-wide express shipping: from $12
  • International shipping: varies by country and product

Taxes & Duties

All orders within Australia include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). This is reflected in the final price at checkout. For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that international shipments may take time to update in the tracking system.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package at support@casanove.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or processing a refund.
